  Our child enrolled in the online courses at Connections Academy, and did well, despite the frustrating, and numerous web-site glitches. The main problem is after she was done and out of the program we requested her transcripts be sent to her new school. We tried to talk to someone in regards to it. If you find the hidden phone number you get a voicemail, we called and left messages several times, no response. Impossible. No one returned phone calls or emails. The web-site says contact "Parchment" (which btw charges for their service). Tried and were denied access after numerous times. We had our new school attempt contact. They could not get through. The customer service has been non-existent. Not user friendly. Connections, it is really rude not to take care of your customers, especially as much as you charged. Now please get into your cubicles, figure out the problem, and answer your phones.

  This school of choice is a great choice for my children- the communication is great and the teachers are wonderful. If your a parent who is not familiar with technology than I can see it be challenging. This is a high tech high expectation school. If your looking or easy and low tech than there are probably other options.
